I’m rather lost here. I haven’t done any freediving after my AIDA 2* certification in May 2015. Especially the “depth” dives were highly traumatic: I did -16m four times “in a row”, but on all dives, contractions started at around -8 m on my way down already, resulting in 3/4 of the dives being sheer torture as the contractions were hard and frequent from the beginning and got worse quite fast.
In dynamic it’s the same: contractions after 20m already. I hate it and I can not stand them. I’m beginning to believe freediving is not for me…
